2nd Place – 2014 DIY Category – Bethany Castillo Cann

Our annual design contest provides an opportunity for our DIY customers and professional designers to showcase their creative talents. This year we had a ton of beautiful entries and it was truly amazing to see how creative our customers are! The staff here at Cards & Pockets voted to narrow down the entries, and our customers voted for the top three in both the Do It Yourself and Professional Design categories. This week we’re showing off the Do It Yourself Entries!

We loved pretty much everything about this suite, from the subtle watercolor inspired color palate to the wave cuts on the inserts. Here is what Bethany told us about her entry ;

“I also used cream puff for the response card and menu. I used powder green, spearmint and turquoise for the other three inserts. I cut them myself. We made the wood burned hearts ourselves also.”
